What is trauma-informed care?
Trauma-informed care recognizes the widespread impact of trauma and understands potential paths for recovery. Our staff is trained to recognize signs of trauma, respond with sensitivity, and create a safe, supportive environment that promotes healing and avoids re-traumatization.
Do you provide 24/7 support?
Yes, we provide 24/7 support for current residents. Our trained staff is always available to assist with daily needs, respond to emergencies, and provide ongoing care and supervision.

The form can be completed by the individual, family members, guardians, case managers, or healthcare providers. We respond to all inquiries within 48 hours.
Who is eligible for your services?
I/DD Services: Adults with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, developmental delays, and related conditions.
Mental Health Services: Individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia spectrum conditions, PTSD, and other mental health challenges.
Specific eligibility is determined during the intake process based on individual needs and our capacity to provide appropriate support.
How long does the admission process take?
The admission timeline varies based on individual circumstances and bed availability. Typically:

- Assessment and evaluation: 1-2 weeks
- Placement: Depends on availability and readiness

Can I schedule a tour before admission?

What documents are needed for admission?

Care & Support
